A window for the latest news. A collection of links. Your most intimate thoughts. Your thoughts about the world.

You alone decide what to write in your blog. There are already millions, of every shape and dimension, and there are no real rules to follow.

In other words, a blog is a place where you can write whatever you like at any moment. Any new mail appears in the top half of the blog, so that visitors can quickly read anything new. They can also send any comments, link themselves to your blog and send an e-mail if they like.

In short, we'd like to describe the lives of every single member of the community, inserting the photos of their Care Label jeans. The perfect ending to the blog would be to follow the ageing process of the denim and any personalisations made by the person wearing them.

The best pair of jeans will be awarded the birth of a free pair of new trousers.

Slow life
Try to go slow. Living slow, moving at natural times, thinking of fast rhythms of west countries, not always productive as you would like...
We spend the most part of days carried away by the whirl of activities, job, relations, conversations and most rarely we have the real knowledge of the body.
We lose ourselves in ideas, sensations, emotions, in our stories, in plans.
Try to pay attention to the moments when you realize to get the lead out.
Getting the lead out has nothing to do with the speed.
You can get the lead out moving slowly.
You can get the lead out moving quickly.
You get the lead out when you have the impression to fall over forward.
The mind runs before us; it is out there where you want to go, instead of being here, inside the body.
Every time that we are not in ourselves, in that moment, in that situation, we should stop and breathe deeply, come back in the body, feel seated, realize the steps we move, stay in the body.
We find the MOMENT, we go slowly and then we stop...the time will offer itself to us.
The wait can teach us EVERYTHING, even the trust and the surprise.

The big news at this edition is that the Spazio Ricerca will occupy the entire Cavaniglia Pavilion, involving the Fashion at Work section – the area dedicated to the most advanced services and technologies for the textile/clothing industries. The Spazio Ricerca will feature a special focus section – curated by trend expert Ornella Bignami – that will showcase the latest innovations in eco-and ethically sustainable yarns (a research project that was already featured in the last two editions), in order to expand knowledge about and focus attention on yarns with properties related to health and wellness.

And for the very first time the Spazio Ricerca will present knitted garments and stitches from the historical archives of knitwear manufacturers and the great fashion houses as well as experements illustrating the interactions between jersey and denim thanks to the collaboration of leading companies in the denim, washing, printing, embroidery and decoration sector, as Indigoscape, Care Label, Martelli Lavorazioni Tessili, Denim Area, Ricamificio Graziano, Amhot bluetrack, Redmark, Italpiega and Cobrax.
